She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard M. Lobaugh and Esther Mae Hughes Lobaugh; her husband Louis Berta; and her brother Richard Lobaugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Wachter (David), Pamela Soboslay (David) and Melissa Cashdollar (Robert); her grandchild Drs; her great grandchildren, Izzy, Josie, Emma, Levi, Ethan, Asher of Leah, C. J., Luna, Savannah, Ella James, Lily and Essie; and her brother Thomas Lobaugh (late Martha).
