He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Prokop and Ann Pavlik Prokop; his grandson Justin Prokop; and his sister Norma Hall Sabol. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bradford Prokop; his sons, Stephen Prokop (Sherrie Wittmer) of Port Vue, Michael Prokop (Deborah) of Elizabeth, John Prokop, Jr. (Susan) of Mt. Oliver, Joseph Prokop (Meg) of Brookline and Daniel Prokop (Lori) of Burgettstown; his grandchildren, Michael (Jill), Lisa (Paul), Ryan (Carrie), Joseph (Amanda), Matthew (Chelsea), Danielle (Steven) and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Macey, Cali, Nathan, Zachary, Barron, Archer Prokop, Alexis Polcawich, Peyton and Graci Aurandt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
