He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sr. Berta and Edna Young Berta; his sister Barbara Reaney; and his brother-in-law Richard Lobaugh. He is survived by: his significant other Jerry; his daughters, Lori Wachter (David), Pamela Soboslay (David) and Melissa Cashdollar (Robert); his grandchild Drs; his great grandchildren, Izzy, Josie, Emma, Levi, Ethan, Asher and C. J.; his brothers-in-law, James Reaney and Thomas Lobaugh; and his nephew Ralph Friend (Kelly).
