It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ellis Cooper of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, born in Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Cooper and Charlene Cooper; and his brother Milton Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bekeny Cooper (Kathy); his son Jonathan Cooper (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Rachel Ferenczy (Josiah), Hunter, Melanie and Isaac.
