He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Williams and Sarah J. Heatherington Williams; his wife Evelyn McCaslin Williams; and his siblings, Charles Williams, Edward Williams, June Ferguson and Ruth Haley.
He is survived by: his children, James Williams (Janice), John Williams (Elizabeth), Andrew Williams (Laura), Terri Mauro (Rudy) and Leigh Miles (David). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Bob's name to the Penn Township Ambulance Service or Irwin Volunteer Fire Department.
