He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Smith, Sr. and Susan J. Smith (Harkins); and his siblings, Timothy Smith and Bridgett Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, William J. Smith, Jr., Erin D. Smith, Patrick S. Smith (Melissa) and Devlin Smith (Casey); his siblings' children, Shyla, Kylin, Kinsley Smith, Lindsay Hornicak and Camdyn Smith; and his pet Poncho.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brush Creek Cemetery (127 Altar Ln, Irwin, PA 15642).
