He is survived by: his wife Nichole Payne (Padezan); his sons, Nicholas Payne of East McKeesport and Michael Payne (Betty) of Ligonier; his grandchildren, Hunter Payne, Nicholas "Niko" Payne, Jason Payne, Jenna Saunders (Zachary) and Julia Payne; his great grandchildren, Anastasia and Justin "LJ" Payne; and his siblings, William Payne (Genevieve), John Payne (Mary Lou) and Mary Rose Rudman (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
