He was predeceased by: his parents, William Siebert and Evelyn Powell Siebert. He is survived by: his wife Marion Williams Siebert; his daughter Blythe Schneck; his son-in-law Mark Schneck; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rae, Tanner Joshua and Gabriella Rose.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Bill's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
