He is survived by: his wife Marybeth Pricener Uvalle; his children, Horacio, Cesar, Blanca (Gilbert) of Mexico and Crystal Eve Houseman (Rich) of Squirrel Hill, PA.; and his siblings, San Juana, Andrea, Dora, Francesca, Maria Elena, Julio and Jesus. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
