He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kutzfar and Dorothy Kutzfar (Holmstrom); and his brother Robert Kutzfar. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Dolly" Kutzfar (Suckfiel); his daughter Lisa Martin (Chris); and his grandson Christopher "Skip" Martin.
