He was predeceased by: his father Don Lindow; and his sister-in-law Angel. He is survived by: his mother Rita Oeler Lindow; his close friend Janice Milligan; his daughter Bobbi Jo Merkt (Jeremy); his siblings, Dale Lindow, Karen Lindow and Wendy Maxey; and his pets, Peanut and Margaret.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in David's name to the American Heart Association.
