He is survived by: his wife Throlity "Lily" Das; his children, Prakash Das of Pittsburgh, PA, Manjulika Gautam of Damascus, MD, Anjulika Das of Bethesda, MD and Mukut Das of North Versailles, PA; his granddaughter Angela Gautam; his child Anand Gautam; and his brothers, Kumud Das and Jugaleswar Das.
