It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Dandar Sr. of North Versailles, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Dandar and Josephine Dandar (Vistal). He is survived by : his siblings, Ronald Dandar and Nancy Marghella; his wife Carolyn A. Dandar (Karnash); his children, Barbara L. Urbano (Mark) of Ingram, Robert L. Dandar Jr. (Jessica) of North Versailles, Edward V. Dandar (Susan) of Claridge, Keith J. Dandar (Lisa) of Irwin and Ronald D. Jewell (Sarah) of Penn Township; his grandchildren, Bennett (Monique), Paige (Chad), Jake (Madison), Julia (Sergio), Shannon (Logan), Ryan, Brad, Josephine, Ronnie, Owen and Caden; and his siblings, Edward Dandar (Charlotte) and June Quintiliani (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forgie Snyder Funeral Home (1032 Broadway Ave, East McKeesport, PA 15035). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Robert Bellarmine Church (1313 5th Ave, East McKeesport, PA 15035-1603).
