She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Heinack and Irene Pillar Heinack; her husband William Petrovay; and her siblings, Eugene Heinack (Sandra) and Gloria Miele (Ronald).
She is survived by: her siblings, Norman Heinack (Eileen), Arlene Dzura (Michael) and Denise Daw (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Stephanie's name to St. Stephen Byzantine Catholic Church in North Huntingdon.
