He is survived by: his children, Cindy Weleski (late Ralph) of Harrisburg, William A. Hoffman of North Versailles and Robert E. Hoffman (Georgia) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Rebecca Dayton (Kevin) and Adam B. Cuccaro; his great grandchildren, Meela A. Cuccaro and Logan Dayton; his sisters, Lavonne Buntack (late Charles) of Monroeville and Darlene Boros (Richard) of Elizabeth Twp; his brother-in-law James Noonan (Rosann) of Murrysville; and his nephew Billy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miller United Methodist Church.
