He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Licata and Margaret Licata (Ciccanti); his son Stephen Licata; and his brothers, Michael and David Licata.
He is survived by: his wife Georgeann (Worthington); his sister Mary Beth Licata; his children, Susan Mastrianna and Michael Licata; his stepchildren, Jennifer Wildonger, Robert Wildonger, Melissa Alderfer and Melinda Alderfer; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Perez, Connor Donaldson, Becky Reinas, Kaila Alderfer, Tristan Sukel and Damon Sukel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
