He is survived by: his children, Thomas R. Evans of Rifle, CO, Linda J. Evans of North Wales, PA and Timothy P. Evans of Havertown, PA.; his extended family, Karen and Jim Dembowski of North Wales, PA; and his grandchildren, Jon Dembowski of Reading, PA and Katie Dembowski of Stamford, CT..
