She is survived by: her father John Paulukonis, Sr.; and her siblings, John Paulukonis, Jr. (Paula), Patti Aylward (Tim), Terri Dungee (Dave), Barbara Bond (Bob) and Joyce Batcher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church (51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
