She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh O. Barrett and Mae English Barrett; her husband Wilbur Swartz (Pete); and her brothers, Hugh (Elton), William K. and Richard A. Barrett, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, William Swartz (Deborah) of Goldsboro, NC, Kristin Campbell of Allentown, PA, James Swartz (LaRae) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Thomas Swartz of Wichita Falls, TX, Robert Swartz of LaGrange, NC and Kathleen Swartz (Jeff) of Warren, PA; her siblings, Leota Jones of Warren, PA and Raymond Barrett (Londa) of Warren, PA; her grandchildren, Billy (Lauren), Matt Swartz (Sarah), Erik (Leah), Seth Campbell (Jade), Cody (Lee Ellen), Brandon Swartz (Jessica), Michelle, Sara Swartz, Katelyn (Austin Guiher) and Carter Swartz; and her close friend Miss Kitty. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the North Warren Presbyterian Church (200 S State St, Warren, PA 16365).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Warren Presbyterian Church or the Warren Public Library.
