She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Chedrick; her parents, Allen Hoffman and Arvilla Hoffman; her daughters, Delores A. Shook and Brenda J. Chedrick-Niman; and her siblings, Mildred Schmidt and William Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan M. (Frederick Kleintop) of Palmerton; her grandchildren, Erin J. Sexton (Jessica) and Christian M. Kleintop (Holly); her great grandchildren, Braydon, Mason, Jerek, Gia and Harper; and her son-in-law William Shook (Marlene).
