She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Yost, Sr. and Juliana Yost (Kroboth); her husband John Kotch, Sr.; her sons, John, Jr. and David; and her siblings, Frank, Jr., Aloys, Joseph and Theresa Acerra (Alice Yost).
She is survived by: her children, Donna M. Kromer (Wayne) of Allentown, PA and Joseph A. Kotch (Jane Cserpnyak). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great- grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
