He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Phillips (Kathleen) of Turnersville, NJ, Vernon Phillips of Northampton, PA, Richard Phillips (Lisa) of Newark, DE, Paula A. P. Cuddihy (Bill) of Northampton, PA, Diane Perna (Bill) of Greenwich, NY, Nancy Therien of Toms River, NJ and Kathleen Phillips of Orlando, FL.. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
