He was predeceased by: his mothers, Florence Quigg (McCausland) and Mae Quigg (Blank). He is survived by: his wife Shirleyann Quigg (Finn); his children, Kaye Barnhart (Daniel), Deborah Slaughter (Carl), Susan Keays (Martin) and William Quigg (Karen); his grandchildren, Brian (Hannae), Jamison (Mallory), Aubrey, Emily (David), Derek (Miranda), Michele (Jean Carlo), Michael, Christopher (Haley), Kristen (Jacob), Jacob (Bénja) and David; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Kaiden, Liam, Jamison, Evelyn, Gianna, Caleb, Sebastián, Eden, Maximus and Atlas.
