He is survived by: his wife Mary (Wittman); his children, Marianne Sands of Northampton, Regina Sands-Corl (Fran) of Bethlehem Township, John Sands (Lori) of Whitestown, IN and Joseph Sands (Brooke) of Bozeman, MT; and his grandchildren, Emily Novak, Corey Novak (Chelsea), Ian Sands, Lylah Sands, Eli Sands, Tyler Szulborski, Asher Sands and Boden Sands.
