Elizabeth Mary (Voegele) Peters Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mary (Voegele) Peters (Northampton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Elizabeth grew up in Johnstown, NY and after graduating from High School, Elizabeth graduated from Syracuse University where she met and married the father of her four children. Elizabeth then became a School Teacher, teaching biology. Later to moving to Cherry Hill, NJ where she lived many years. Elizabeth later married Frank Peters where they resided in Northampton, PA. until her death. Elizabeth is survived by her four children, Kenneth C. Heist, Jon S. Heist, Karen E. Heist, Kristine H. Pizzolo and 8 grandchildren. Upon her death many of her closest friends from NJ and PA where there to say goodbye. She was a great mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend. She is sadly missed, but we know she will see us all again in heaven. Elizabeth is truly an angel in heaven.
