Lowe of Northampton, Pennsylvania, born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Davis and Norah Davis (Bragg); and her husband James Lowe. She is survived by: her sister Eileen W. (Theodore Wismer, Jr.) of Northampton, PA.. She is also survived by 3 Nephews and a Niece.
