She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelly and Kathryn Kelly (McBride); and her sisters, Molly, Jenny and Mary Lou Kelly.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. Woodley; her son Thom Woodley (Sarah); her grandchildren, Violet, Webster and Colette Woodley; her siblings, William Kelly (Betty), Neil Kelly (Cheryl) and Nancy Lynch (David); and her brother-in-law Dr. Bruce Woodley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to National Breast Cancer Foundation PO Box 676910, Dallas, TX 75267-6910 or to Global Ministries/UMCOR, GPO, P.O. Box 9068, New York, NY 10087-9068.
