Laky; her children, Lisa Jane Palmer of Manhatten Beach, CA., David (Mary Ann) of Whitehall and Thomas (Reta) of Hermosa Beach, CA.; her siblings, Ronald DalPezzo of Wellsboro, PA. and Barbara Kropf of Houston; and her grandchildren, David John (DJ), Kristin, Jackson, Ella and Joshua.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phyllis's memory to Calvary Chapel Lehigh Valley c/o the funeral home.
