He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chilcoat and Dorothy Chilcoat (Cyr). He is survived by: his wife Anita J. Chilcoat (Seier); his children, Deborah Chilcoat-Goble (J. Scott Goble) of New Freedom, Brianna (Eric Pukszyn) of Coopersburg, Kendall Chilcoat of Lehigh Twp and Richard T., Jr. (Kelly) of New Freedom; his brother Robert of Monkton, MD.; his mother-in-law Gloria J. Michael of Northampton; and his sister-in-law Lisa A. Bamford of Doylestown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren. 9 great grandchildren.
