She was predeceased by: her father Donald J. Herzog of Northampton; and her sibling's children, Jennifer and Bruce. She is survived by: her husband John G. Fabian, Jr.; her mother Bonnie E. Herzog (Ruch); her daughter Shelby R Fabian of Northampton; her brother David J. (Amanda Herzog) of Douglassville; and her sibling's children, Landon, Logan of Nicole, AJ, Regina, Keith and Angela. She is also survived by Aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
