He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Hower, Sr. and Edith A. Hower (Bigley); and his brother Clarence Hower, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shari Bea Hower (Ernst); his stepdaughter Krista MacNamara (Archie Myers IV) of Forks Township; his sister Donna DeHaven (Elmer) of Phillipsburg, NJ; and his stepgranddaughters, Korilyn and Kateryn Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
