He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Noel and Sara Noel (Miller); his brother Elmer Noel; and his son David Noel. He is survived by : his wife Judy Noel (Gray); and his children, Joanie Davenport (Michael), Sheila Raymond (Steve), Sharon Shelly (Randy) and Dan Noel (Carla).
