She was predeceased by : her parent Allard Nihart; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Emeigh and John Magullick. She is survived by : her mother Ruby Nihart (Gillin); her husband Robert Mitory; her children, Bobbie Jo Wargo (Jason) and Raymond Owen; her stepdaughters, Colleen Mullen (Joe) and Amanda Mullen (Brian); her granddaughter Josie; her stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth and Hunter; her siblings, Allen (Judy), Georgia, Richard Nihart (Joan), Janet Emiegh, Darlene Magullick, Tammy Felix (Albert), Cindy Mauro (Matt) and Jim Nihart (Gina); and her sister-in-law Ramona Nihart. She is also survived by mother, and grandmother.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. (1303 Bigler Ave, Northern Cambria, PA 15714). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
