He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Dean" Smith (Duman); his children, Debbie Witenski (Paul) and Glenn (Shaylynn); his grandchildren, Nicholas Smith (Marlee), Travis Smith, Devin Smith (Molly), Christofer Witenski and Emma Hofer; and his siblings, Dave (Anita) of Ohio, George Smith of Ohio, Lou Smith (Eunju) of Ohio, Theresa Smith of Ohio and Florine Barile (Robert) of Ohio. He is also survived by spouses, loving parents, and proud grandparents.
