She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Malcolm Sr. and Nancy Stephens; and her great-grandparents, Charles Lubold, Marylou Kyle and William Hassinger.
She is survived by: her parents, Malcolm Stephens and April Stephens of Northumberland; her daughters, Jordyn Smith-Stephens and Lilyana Watkins; and her siblings, Heaven Stephens (Joshua), Lewis Stephens (Taylor) and Haley Stephens (Damen). She is also survived by many Great Aunts, Great Uncles, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
