He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthy R. Johnson. He is survived by: his children, William O. Smith of Lewisburg, Donald E. Neitz Jr. (Tina) of Sunbury and Linda Kay Keiper (Dan) of Northumberland; his grandchildren, Annette Feltman (Brian), Tammy Sears (Tim), Brian Neitz (Chelsy), Chad Neitz (Jessica), Leyna Kipp (Levi) and Chelsey Aukamp (Zach); and his wife Phyllis Fisher. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
