He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan; and his grandson Justin. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Neitz (Mummey); his sons, James A. Neitz, Jr., Jeremy (Allison Neitz) and Joseph Neitz; his grandchildren, Zachary, Corey Leiby, Jacob Neitz, Ashley Zeiber, Shawn Neidig and Katrina Ressler; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Hunter, Jaxton Neitz and Mason Leiby.
