He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Bettleyon and Bessie F. Bettleyon; his siblings, Lee Bettleyon (Doris) and Judy Ray (Gene); and his siblings' children, Mike Ray and Heather Tobias.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Aleta (Dan) and Cindy McKee (Stan); and his siblings' children, Jon McKee, John Vayda (Tina), Vickie Oxenrider (Johnny), Sue Zeigler (Rick), Doug Ray, Angie Ray, LeeAnn Wagner, Lina Longacre (Shawn), Jessie Smith (Todd), David Bettleyon (Carol) and Raymond Bettleyon (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff's memory may be to his church St. John's Lutheran Church, 300 Queen Street, Northumberland.
