He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas P. Kelly and Anna Kelly (Wassil); and his sisters, Margaret R. Yurcovic (Tom) and Anna K. "Betty" Yothers (Tom). He is survived by : his wife Catherine "Kay" Kelly (McKenna); his son Thomas P. Kelly of Sarasota, FL.; and his grandson Patrick R. Kelly of Greensburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoffer Wilt Funeral Home (2245 Mt Pleasant Rd, Mt Pleasant, PA 15674). A Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Florian Church (4263 PA-981, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at the St. Vincent Cemetery (300 Fraser Purchase Rd, Latrobe, PA 15650).
