He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kulha and Cecelia Kulha; his wife Kathleen Kulha; his grandson Deven Kulha; and his brother John Kulha.

He is survived by: his children, Michele Kulha and Michael Kulha; his grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan and Haley Kulha; his brothers, Joseph (Mary Helen), Leonard, William and James Kulha (Christine); and his pet Chico.
