We announce the death of Bartholomew Henry Cavanagh Sr. (Norwood, Pennsylvania), born in Southwest, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 84. Bartholomew will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent P. Cavanagh and Martha Lee Cavanagh; and his siblings, Mele and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Megan (Tim), Bart, Jr. (Maria), Paul (Melanie) and Toni Lee (Richard); his sister Martha; and his grandchildren, Kate, Emily, Ashley, Alli, Lauren, Luke and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home (301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
