He was predeceased by: his parents, George Starr and Kathryn Starr. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Starr; his sons, Andy Starr, Owen Starr and Blake Starr; his children-in-law, Caron Starr and Darren Arkava; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Ella, Shane, Chloe and Jesse.
