He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosula Stein and Richard Stein; and his brother Robin Blum. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Blum; his daughters, Lisa Phillips (Steve) and Michelle Latorre (Woody); his grandchildren, Steven Jr., Chynna, Jon Richard (Bubba), Mackenzie and Franco; and his brothers, Mike and Al Moyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
