He is survived by: his wife Rose Allabaugh; his children, Charles B. Allabaugh Jr. of Sunbury, PA, Roxanne Allabaugh-Mudge (Larry) of New Columbia, PA, Frank Allabaugh of Newfoundland and Phillip Allabaugh (Shelly) of Paxinos, PA.; and his sister Patricia Endler of Wilkes-Barre, PA.. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
