He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Bolen. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Bolen of Nottingham; his children, Justin Bolen, Nicholas Sharpe of Nottingham and Kristy Arnold of Coatesville; his granddaughter McKayla Bolen of Nottingham; his sisters, Jodine Kinney and Judy England (Charles) of Nottingham; and his close friend Terry Rivera of Oxford. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A burial was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at the Brick Friends Meeting Cemetery. Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. (86 Pine St, Oxford, PA 19363). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
