She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wiley and Glacel Herrington Wiley; her brother Ronald Wiley; and her husband Edward. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Lowden (Shannon Tassick) and Douglas Lowden (Dawn); her grandsons, Jacob, Joshua and Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Mac and Marlowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol's memory to GRIN (Golden Retrievers in Need Rescue).
