She was predeceased by: her father Carl Herbert "Whitey" Johnson; her siblings, Herbert "Bud", Donald and Betty "Lo"; and her cousin Billy Jim Lockerman.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Jean, Susan Valorie, Paul Robert and Diane. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
