She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Zlobinski and Mary Zlobinski (Trzcinski). She is survived by: her husband Richard R. "Dick" Moyer; her siblings, John Zlobinski (Marguerite), Ursula Campman and Mary Zlobinski (Randy Raynor); and her nieces and nephews, Amber, Philip, Thomas, Rachel, Stephanie, Mike, Jodi and John Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions made in Helen's name to: Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, 415 Crossways Park Drive, Woodbury, NY 11797.
