She is survived by : her husband Edward Jackson of Ohiopyle; her daughter Tammy Jackson of Ohiopyle; and her grandchildren, Melissa Yurechko of Indianapolis, IN and Matthew Yurechko of Valparaiso, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great, and great great nieces and nephews.
