He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Davis and Mary Davis; his grandson Mike Waters; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Waters. He is survived by: his sons, David Waters (Tracy Rivers) of Cranberry and Anthony Davis Jr. of Cranberry; and his grandsons, Eric Waters and Joshua Waters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
